Daily Experiences

Don’t you want to get bored?
The bike tours we have prepared will keep you busy from morning to early afternoon, once you return to the hotel you can choose whether to wait for dinner time in complete relaxation, or follow your guides in some interesting experiences that they have prepared for you.
They are committed, every day they offer you a different experience, you will love it for sure !!!

The Wild Woman was characterized, in the peasant society of the Langhe, as the bearer of an ancient culture, with nature and its secrets, with wisdom interspersed with popular and superstitious religiosity. An ancient tale describes the Wild Women of the Langhe as “figures that represent the deepest, physical and instinctive roots of the feminine: the archetype of a free and wild, uncontaminated nature”. The concept of the Wild Woman was taken up and made famous by Romano Levi, artisan producer of signature grappa. For him, the Wild Women are visions, memories of the past, of when he walked to school and brushed past “beautiful and disheveled women, a little crazy, a little witches, a little fairies” on the street. All this and more in the Neive Mystery Tour.

Barolo and Barbaresco are undoubtedly the best Italian red wines. They are grown on the hills of the Langhe with very strict quality rules. They are austere wines that reflect the territory, the land, the hills and the character of the winemakers. A tasting in a small winery starting from the “minor” wines (Barbera and Dolcetto) and then moving on to the comparative tasting of Barbaresco and Barolo.

Visit to the city of Bra (City of the international cheese fair “FORMAGGIO BRA”) with tasting of Piedmont mountain cheeses, among which the spectacular Castlemagno mountain cheese stands out. Not only Castelmagno but also mountain tome, soft goat cheeses and much more.
Bra never disappoints.
Truffle hunting is a true tradition in Langa, at sunset, following a professional truffle hunter (trifolao) with the help of his dog, we will go in search of a prized white truffle from Alba in October/November or a black spring truffle in April/May.
Get ready for a unique experience, the trifolao will accompany you in the woods and the truffle dog will start searching near the trees, underground and when he finds a small truffle he will start digging, your skill will be to stop the dog before he reaches the truffle.
If we are lucky at the end of the hunt we will have a truffle-based dinner.

Dining in the great Italian “Trattoria”

Contrary to popular belief, Italy does not have a single gastronomic tradition like pizza, pasta and cannoli, but many traditions closely linked to their territory, which make up a very interesting mosaic. Our goal is to introduce you to it, and to immerse you in this culinary experiance.

The LANGHE has the best Italian regional cuisine (tied), rich in fantastic raw materials, opulent thanks to the white truffle of Alba, never boring or cloying. Every valley, every village has its own recipes that have been handed down over time. The Langhe is the land of origin of the SlowFood movement which since 1986 has given input to the qualitative growth of first Piedmontese and then Italian trattorias. Dinners in the Langa are unforgettable for the food, for the best red wines in Italy (Barolo and Barbaresco), but it reaches very high peaks if you add a taste of white truffle. We are curious about your opinion.

Felicin is the tradition of the Langhe, founded at the beginning of the 20th century, the history of this restaurant follows the economic/social development of the place, from an agricultural area to an elite international tourism destination.
