Daily Experiences

Don’t you want to get bored?
The bike tours we have prepared will keep you busy from morning to early afternoon, once you return to the hotel you can choose whether to wait for dinner time in complete relaxation, or follow your guides in some interesting experiences that they have prepared for you.
They are committed, every day they offer you a different experience, you will love it for sure !!!

Brunico is an Alpine city, the largest in the Pusteria Valley. The best way to visit it is to wander aimlessly through its streets, on the main street, up to the castle (mountain museum) and admire its colorful houses.
Another way is to go shopping with a personal shopper who will help you buy the right gift for those who did not accompany you on vacation in Italy.
We will organize everything for you in order to enjoy Brunico to the fullest.

We will hang you on the wall, you will go for an indoor free climbing lesson (different levels of difficulty) with an instructor from the professional climbing center.
Not everyone has ever tried climbing in a rock gym, in our case an equipped wall.
It may seem a bit risky, but in the end you will really enjoy it.

Raw milk cheeses are our passion, the high-quality ones from Alpine dairies are the best.
We offer something special, a cheese tasting, a workshop held by Hubert who refines cheeses in a natural bunker.
Hubert holds workshops for gourmets, cheese lovers and gastronomy in the GenussBunker, where he passes on his many years of experience in the field of cheese.
Craft beer and cider accompany the tasting, opening up a new tasting perspective for the guest.

“Cianô dal vin” in the Ladin language, is a cellar that not only offers selected regional and international labels, but is the most reserved part for the family, dedicated to the best tastings.
Created between the ancient load-bearing walls of the house dating back to 1895 with wooden beams and planks from a historic farm, this is the kingdom of Paolo and Philipp, passionate collectors of wine specialties.
You will be given a tasting of the best vineyards / vintages of the area.

Dining in the great Italian “Trattoria”

Contrary to popular belief, Italy does not have a single gastronomic tradition like pizza, pasta and cannoli, but many traditions closely linked to their territory, which make up a very interesting mosaic. Our goal is to introduce you to it, and to immerse you in this culinary experiance.

Every evening we take you to the “Great Italian Trattorias” where the Italian culinary heritage is preserved and celebrated. We take you to the most beautiful valley in the Dolomites, Val Badia, one of the “Ladin” valleys where the population speaks German and where you may find traditional cuisine.

Alternatively you can explore the tastes of Ladin and South Tyrolean cuisine which has its roots in Austrian cuisine. Even with obvious differences, the two cuisines are a mix of unmistakable flavors, aromas and spicy and smoked hints that enrich many of the local specialties. Here the harsh climate inspires a generous gastronomy with sweet and savory flavors.

Welcome to Val Badia (homeland of the Ladin people) with a traditional dinner. A special evening dedicated to the Ladin gastronomy, traditional clothes, Alpine notes and simple and authentic flavours. It’s a culinary journey between tradition and creativity of the «Ladin» cuisine and an opportunity to discover its gastronomic heritage.

Living in the Charme

We have selected some beautiful hotels, historical houses and vineyard houses, where you will enjoy to stay in the total relaxation after your bike experience.
Most of them have SPA treatment available in a charming exclusive environment.
Our tours involve staying in a single hotel for the entire holiday, to have more time to immerse yourself in the culture of the area.

Blessed with the fortune of a wonderful landscape and located in a privileged and evocative position, a stone’s throw from the center of San Vigilio di Marebbe, the Hotel Mareo is the ideal setting for a regenerating stay in the Dolomites. At the foot of Plan de Corones, surrounded by greenery and guarded by a crown of Dolomite peaks. it is the ideal place for a break in nature.

The scent of hospitality.
The Dolomites have a particular scent, in Ostaria Posta you have breathed this pure and beneficial air for over a century. We are in Piccolino along the road, because the ancient post stations were located along the main road. We are in the middle of a valley that holds ancient treasures made of spiers and rocks that arose from the sea of time like atolls of infinite beauty.
